That’s my wife’s domain. Gonna have to lean on her.
I’m gonna make an attempt as soon as find gluten free pitas. ( Wish I was making up that gluten gets me ) But regular Kronos has bread crumbs…so it’s years and years since I’ve had a Gyro. Pissed the recipe for tzatziki from my buddies restaurant is gone. I swear it was phenomenal.
