Venue uses reckordbox based hardware. I need to scan my tracks with rekordbox to have any track metadata at all. They actively refuse to support linux despite community demand. Mixxx does not work for recordbox scans, wine, crossover, and bottles does not work to get it installed.

I could slog my laptop with me, but I'd rather not. I'm trying to just show up with a flash drive. Hence my delimma and frustration.

You might consider a MINOR concession... get a small, cheap WinDoze machine and dedicate it to those few exceptions...🤔
Normally, there's a friend at the show that I can mooch their record box for and scan my tracks real quickly and I'm good to go, but I don't think anyone is going to be at the show who I can use their computer really quick. So I'm going to do some stupid janky shenanigans where I use my gaming VPS, which is Windows based, set up an FTP server, get all my tracks over there, Scan them and then transfer them all back.
Any possible solace in Wine running some killer PC music app?🤔
