My morning post-workout meal:

250 gm Egg white omelet with veggies and turmeric

2 slices of wheat toast

70 gm oatmeal with 1 cup of almond milk and cinnamon

1 tablespoon of oatmeal

1 tablespoon of olive oil

One glass of water with 5 grams of creatine monohydrate

790 calories

55 grams of protein

88 grams of carbs

22 grams of fat

3 grams saturated fat

17 grams of fiber

I aim for meals with a high protein to calorie ratios, high monounsaturated fat, low saturated fat, and a healthy amount of fiber.
