Exploring new ideas is a great way to learn and stay motivated.

Some 20 years ago i tried combatting eczema outbreaks on my arm by going vegetarian. Didn't change a thing except make me fart more often and absolutely disgusting smell. I kept doing it anyway because you know, animals cute, veggies healthy.

I gave all that up around 2010, then went keto 3 years later. That was where i first noticed an absolute boost in my nutrition. I hardly had any farts anymore. The eczema had meanwhile moved from occasional outbreaks on my arm to occasional outbreaks on my calves.

Then around 2 years ago i started experimenting with carnivore and i went a bit more hardcore into it a while ago for the first time and it felt ok. I still think there's benefits to be had from certain plants and some are probably actually healthy but i feel better than ever before. I lost some additional weight and gained quite some muscle. Haven't seen any eczema anywhere for 2 years.

All i'm saying is: keep exporing and diving into things that you find interesting and may change your perspective. If it's all hogwash you can always go back to doing what you did before.

So far adding meat to my diet again effects my body in such a positive way. Less inflammation, more energy and better skin 🙏
