Mushroom are so underrated! My grandfather swears by Lions Mane and CBD for his cancer… Big pharma is a joke… IMO
100%. Lions mane is also great! Started to drink "Mushroom coffee" as of late. My new rabbit hole!

💯 with you on that! It’s hard to find a decent brand I find, especially the UK
I like the "BRAINEFFECT MUSHROOM COFFEE" (has Chaga and Lionsmane with a nice Chai taste added), but not sure if you can get that one in UK
