If it's *really* "digital gold", that's great. Gold both circulated as a medium of exchange and was used as the standard of value for the monetary system at large. But, yeah, I don't think that's what the people who love that phrase actually mean. :(
If all Bitcoin is used as is digital gold
Bitcoin has failed. Or rather, we have failed Bitcoin.
We have work to do. And if you have the means, be it wealth or time, use it wisely. Bitcoin is digital cash meant to be used.
