It was called Freia Farm, can probably find a video on YouTube on yt channel The Volunteer Gardener.
It was a quarter acre market garden with high price greens and roots.
We did farmers markets, and some restaurants and a csa like delivery. Then a small orchard, chickens, making our own bio char and compost, planted 100 trees and 1000s of sq ft of wildflower meadows.
