Shopping for a flat top ideally with OVF/EVF and stabilizer too.
Def would look into the Fuji line of cameras, x100 series would be great for what you’re looking for

Yes!!! I have an eye on them but they don’t have interchangeable lenses. I was more into xpro-3 but no stabilizer… I read that the x series has screw-on adapters that support autofocus?
After a bit of searching I think I’ll be waiting for the X-E5
