So far I’ve tried Strike and BlueWallet (zapping #[3] for his help) both work fine… but it’s that friction of extra 4 screens that keeps likes in the game. Optimistic for the long term though.

I'm using getalby.com as my wallet and Iris as my client - on Brave browser. Clicking on the zap icon in posts immediately launches the Alby extension and with a couple of clicks I can make a payment. Seamless experience.
#[6] pointed out this screen can be skipped... but you have extra clicks and few seconds to send the payment.
For now I would settle for auto pay after clicking zap button... wallet opens, pays, closes, I'm back where I started when I clicked the zap button.
Far to go on mobile, for sure. The lowest friction experience I’ve found so far is snort + #[7]. Grant permissions and set a per-site (e.g. snort) budget, which is such a great touch. With that done, it’s smooth.
That sounds like what I need. Recording a video on how Iris + Wos look for me then trying this one out.

I can eliminate that popup and then I have one click plus back after success screen.
#[9] + #[10] is definitely the fastest.

You can turn it off in settings and select a default wallet it’ll open in. Ultimately the best thing would be to click zap without having to switch apps from the first place though…
If you set default wallet + default amount on Damus isn't it instant without additional screens?
