what is secret in hashing functions?

in hashing function secret is the original information.

therefore meta information of the original information is available by observing the behaviour of the entity that created the original information.

for example:

John created a message using sha256:

sha256("this is my secret message")

which created some hash.

meta pointer to the source of randomness here is john. the behaviour of John that resulted into hashing this message.

message was never random. message was result of some actions taken by the neural network controlling John.

probably a subsystem within a neural network which actions can be compressed into some psychological behaviour analysis.
