Yesterday was Day 1 of my #75Hard campaign.
There are five requirements to complete everyday:
Two separate workouts, 45 minutes each, one outside. The ruck was during a rainstorm.
Ten pages of a constructive book (non-fiction)
Taking a progress picture everyday (for attention to another and to show progress to myself during a dearth of energy
Drink a gallon of water, per day
Follow a diet and not cheat meals/dishes or alcohol
Everyday.
The physical changes are merely supposed to be the smallest that I notice.
This is me relaxed, during a 45 minutes breathing exercise, Day 1.
