I don't know who people think down under but this is wack! Taxing people because they have a spare bedroom, to encourage them to downsize or rent out a room is crazy work!

we used to call the spare a "guest room". you know, when visitors come over...
I don't like sleeping in the same room all the time, I have a condition where it requires me to switch bedrooms every few days, this is an attack on those of us with two-bedroom-syndrome!
What's the problem guys? We've clearly progressed from the bad old days when government did dumb things like this to house ownership...
