Got up early this morning and did a Hiit class with a good fren, finished my shower with 30seconds of cold 🥶 as it helps stimulate the metabolism and internal body warmth or something etc. So thats morning execise + 3seconds of cold shower at the end which Atomic Habits calls "habit dtacking".
