Changed plans again - decided to make a compromise between my original plan and my spontaneous change. I'm calling it at 5 days, and cashing in the new personal record.
I want to get back to building muscle, and it's been a high-energy-expending week for me (international travel, tons of walking, problem-solving, etc.). My body is telling me it wants nutrients.
I'd love to hit a full 1 week sometime, but going to table it for when my routine chills out. Very happy with the PR.
