Copy that whole thing back into an excel sheet.

Count the number of rows (total number of all words, I'm going to use 33 in my example formula) then in the next column (cell B1) enter this formula using *your* number of rows:

=COUNTIF($A$1:$A$33,A1)

Press enter and a number should appear. Fill that down the column.
