You know, I mention that I have schizoaffective disorder from the beginning so you would think that I would be compensated better because I have so much more bullshit to overcome to produce the same output as a “normal” employee. There’s no special payment accommodations for people with mental health conditions in the workforce. Yes, I have to overcome so much adversity than the person who doesn’t have any conditions affecting their work. My stress is not like a normal person’s stress. Sometimes I feel like giving up then I remember that life is NOT fair. The only way for there to be more equity considerations is for the oppressed to keep working and pushing back in the system.
