yeah,there are no easy and perfect solutions, next time get your recovery codes and don't relay on phone # authentication if it can become unrecoverable, there's still times when they will block you from accessing the account if you only use password, so just use a better backup strategy, it's not easy/cheap but that's how it is if you want to not lose stuff
