It's astonishing that the government wants AT LEAST 1000€ in tax for buying a small (very small) piece of land that becomes 15% if the value of the land is above €6.500,00

I see this as an act against sovereignty.
And then you have to pay them to be allowed to keep it.

Means the #gangsterment are your legal "representatives" and that's the cost of their representation and "protection".
Either that, or you can't "buy" a piece of land, because all of it actually belongs to the local gangsterment. (My view)
You can only rent it from them for any price they demand.
