An uncensorable communications protocol needs an uncensorable monetary protocol, and vice versa. Looking at where the world is headed, I don't think one can win without the other.

Assuming the worst, how do we pay one another if we can't talk with one another? And what's the point of talking if we can't also transact? Just thinking where we might be, if the trajectory deteriorates...
What's the point of talking if we can't transact? We've been talking on the Internet since the mid 90s. Only recently have I had a need to transact and talk at the same time.
