very cheap all around, crime is an issue i guess. but i know for sure those rent prices are staying low when the gunshots ring at night LOL

I’ve heard stl is pretty hood. Visited the art museum and zoo 20 years ago but didn’t get a sense for the greater area. It’s probably aligned with many of these mid west cities tho. Used to run Indianapolis, hood af, Louisville hood af, cincy, hood af. Keep your wits about you out here like anywhere
