Core changes are undesirable given the gigabytes they have added to the time chain……..

Not sure you see that…..

Several hundred gigabytes in several years is not acceptable, perhaps you think this is good for Bitcoin……..

you should be prepared for perpetually full blocks no matter what they contain. are you fucking poor or something? can you not afford an SSD or a stick of RAM once in a while? I thought bitcoin maxis loved to tell others to have fun staying poor

BSV never activated segwit. OP_RETURN happened to be the cheapest way to store arbitrary data. on your chain, it's witness data.
