Those are the most inconsiderate assholes. One time I saw this kid walking his dog. His dog took a pubky next to my mailbox and I just stood there waiting for him to notice me. He turned around to walk away then realized I was there and awkwardly said oh I’m sorry do you have a bag so I can pick up this pubky.
