Is there a Bitcoin and Nostr community in Nosara, Costa Rica?

Also, is it worth visiting in September when it's rainy season? The opportunity is lining up but I am unsure if I should go for it.

I have been living in El Salvador since May 1.. everyday is beautiful, and every evening it rains. If you have a good place to stay, being active in the morning and afternoon, you should have a great visit. I am assuming the weather has a similar pattern. Go for it!!!!

I am told sunny is almost guaranteed till noon. But that paths get muddy and unpleasant to walk during this time. And that on occasion there are several days of full on days in row. I don't envision spending money on a car rental but there are tuk tuks for when it's not raining 🤷🏻‍♀️ Don't know how the system works but when I was on Lake Atitlan, Guatemala I could just go out and pretty soon could wave a Tuk Tuk to take me where I needed to. I'd be 8 min walk from the beach which is a great plus. And the beach would be cool to walk. I am gonna sleep on it.

Rainy days in a row*

Yeah. Sounds cool. Nice to meet you DiDi. I'm just getting on plane to Houston then Cleveland. Exhausted.

Nice to meet you, too! Hope you have a chance to recover and open to receive the lucky breaks on this auspicious day.

Did you decide?

I did. The timing doesn't feel right so I am gonna pass probably for at least through October or further out when if another opportunity presents itself. Think I am gonna stay put in the bay area instead, clear out space and ideally build. Thank you, for checking in. :)

I will ask my coworker tomorrow for you --- we no longer hire in engineers in US or India due to cost --- all in the Americas now --- he resides in Costa Rica

Thanks, Joe! 😊

you’re asking because of the name?

Because I am contemplating a trip.

first time in CR?

Not that I found… but enjoyed visiting.
