There are numerous subgroups/tribes and their respective dialects and cultures mixed in this part of the world, the Northeast region of India, earlier greater Assam/Asom. In Assam, Assamese (অসমীয়া ভাষা) is the prevalent language, just like English is prevalent language in the world, that most people speak and understand. So, i don't bother to learn too many languages as medium of communication.😄.
