Any Generation Kill fans on #Nostr ? Been rewatching and absolutely cracking up, then 10 seconds later, I’m gutted. It’s such a brilliant, well-written mini-series.

David Simon and Ed Burns are by far the best series creators to ever do it #imo

Gold indeed. The thing I love about their content is how dense it is. I’ve watched the wire 5x times and I still catch new stuff. That and they have a commitment to reality, so all the slang and acronyms (cops and military have a lot of acronyms) are all incorporated. Gives the work such a real-feel. No hand holding. Love it.
