I know. My question is more related to "is it possible in descentralized systems?" I mean would it even work as expected.

I see, my guess it would depend on clients and relays on whether they choose to broadcast these "events".

There are replaceable events discussed in the NIPs so yes it's possible, a bit confusing on the UX though because you don't want people to think it's bulletproof.
