i dont know how you could make it illegal when it happens faster than laws can be put in place
it's a problem having your citizens retinas scanned by a foreign company but by the time its illegal those scans are done and the data stored somewhere
i guess it would even be possible to have that done by yourself on your mobile if they really wanted

why would someone open their hand of your data if they can just keep it
a simple rule would be, throw morality out, data is bigger than money now, biometric data is the holy grail
if people are willing to sell their biometrics for made up tokens...there's no salvation for them anymore

think uber, taxi drivers tried to block ubers from being legalised
by the time governments started discussing if any Joe could jump on their car and be a taxi driver without registering it was already too late, uber was too big to be messed with
scanned retinas wont ever be deleted, that data is saved forever
