Nice haul.

My grandma used to store her carrots whole in a bucket of sand in the root cellar.

I have never tried it. My kids eat most of ours before they make it into the house.

Yeah that’s the big thing I’m lacking is cool storage like a cold room or root cellar. By February my seed potatoes have foot long shoots on them.
