Have a bit of a delay still, I posted too fast for my instance and now I gotta wait a while to post again. It's really frustrating that I can't fix that since I don't technically host my own instance (I use masto.host.) I really need to put in the effort to see what I can do to host things myself so that I can change things like upload limits, character limits per post, etc. If anyone has any experience with fully self-hosting, I wouldn't mind hearing from you.
