Unpopular opinion. people should spend their Bitcoin. taking loans against it is fiat and what we want to end.
It is good for companies like #microstrategy who have borrowed money to buy the coins .. now they can retire upcoming dues without having to sell their coins ..
Also great for miners .. they need to sell their coins to pay for the electricity and rigs ..
This won’t end well for anyone.
In a deflationary world loans are not necessary. Hard to imagine because it's a world we've never seen.
