Ya, it does. You gotta get used to a few quirks . no google app store, but there are good alternative 'stores'... and some apps utilize google play store for notificatioms so they wont have push notifications. An example would be proton mail.
Other than that ive found it great and so much less bloat than a typical android phone. When it first loads up it legit has like 5 apps 🙂
