The custodian for thier Gemini Earn (yield farming) rugged us. Never had an issue with Gemini proper, though.
Don't forget Bitmex........racketeering, wire fraud, money laundering, cryptocurrency market manipulation, negligence, fraud, civil conspiracy, and unfair business practices.
"unfair" + |"manupulations" is most which matters
this happens in 90% regulated stock exchanges
read "flash boys michael lewis" - cryptos r relatively fair than those. wire frauds are always vague.
