Depends.

Because there are chances that someone broadcasted your note or re-posted it to their relays which maybe different from yours & there are some relays like nostr.band (also wine relay i think) that aggregate from others, which may have your note.

But the only way to guarantee that you have your note is to run your own relay & publish your notes to it.
