I knew where we were headed! I had hope and truly believed this could be the end of centralized social networks. Unfortunately, it has now been centralized under one person and a few organizations that are tied between each others and lead to the same VCs, game over. #Nostr was a great attempt at decentralization, but luckily, it was just the first. More protocols will emerge, and the key is ensuring they’re not dependent on the communist Jack Dorsey!

P.S. #nostr code is broken any way so there is no reason to fork it! Something new will emerge! Good luck and chase the Cypherpunk spirit

Respect your point of view. But why do you say Dorsey is a communist? What evidence does Dorsey have to say that he is a communist?

Communist regimes have historically controlled media to shape public perception, suppress dissent, and promote a unified ideology. While communism presents itself as a system for the people, in practice, a small elite usually ends up making the key decisions. It advocates for collective ownership, often through state control. Jack Dorsey set one of the most dangerous precedents in American history by effectively handing over control to the Biden administration. Now he is buying everyone and everything connected to #nostr via the proxy open sats and other orgs or private companies!
