What climate if in the south and high heat I recommend something to shade in that tank.
The summers don’t get too hot here, but there is afternoon shade that comes in to help relieve excess heat just in case.
If they are soil garden beds, a lot of life will be connected if they have holes and touch the ground. IE - connected to the earth or not. I like the old castle blocks from Home Depot and 2x6 boards, easy setup.
Yeah it is more of an experiment due to potentially moving and having future plans to use the troughs in a different method. In the I will likely make large wood framed beds. Good point though to reconnect then to the earth in the future!
