It can be spread on bread. or poured over ice cream. Or eat it however you want with a spoon :))) It has the consistency of sauce..

They also make it from cow's milk. It's beautiful too. But these days, cow's milk is disturbing. That's why I bought the goat milk one. this is so much nicer : )

I don't know. I think because of Hashimoto's thyroid disease, food bothers me too much. (For the past few years).
