While the world is slowly collapsing, we need to build a trust minimised way to collaborate within our society. I think nostr organisation #norg could be the key for a decentralised futur. Replacing centralised org by norg is not an easy task and would require key inovations in order for this to be possible.

To coordinate differents aspect of an organisation, a norg entity should have:

Members (keyholder) coordinator

Financial coordinator

Public events coordinator

Members coordinator

In order to add or remove a nostr user of a norg, a new multisig (financial and events) need to be generated and distributed accros all member, and that, without loosing previously secured assets.

This could be accomplised in differents ways that include:

Nostr bitcoin multisig coordinator

Nostr lightning prism coordinator

Nostr ecash coordinator

Public events coordinator

In order to publish in the name of a norg, members should be privkey holder of a:

Nostr events multisig

Of course coordinator sound like a centralised entity and this is a problem. But as long as members keep there keys secure, the coordinator can't publish or send a tx in their name.

This is just an idea that I have in my mind. A lot of work is needed before this can happen.
