I’m on the fence about reactivating my subscription.

Claude is the best when it comes to working with Projects (large ambitions requiring lots of data/files), but my concerns about Privacy and Ownership over my data move me to look deeper into self-hosted local solutions.

I already do a lot of tinkering with Ollama but none of it is Projects-level. Not yet.
