-Some is infloooencerism
-some only want a small circle of friends and no noise
-some are just arrogant

I think that’s about right, and number two is legit af which muddies the generalizationability (that is not a word). So yeah in retrospect i’m kind of being a dick with this one 😅😞
I'm pretty selective with who I follow. I don't want a bunch of noise in my feed. Just the people I actually want to interact with. And a lot of accounts on Nostr just repost other people's posts and don't post anything original.

If you're serious I'll mention that operation in cyberspace is like dreaming, it's an abstraction, it's unhealthy af. Life is about verifiable real people around you. No person should care for opinions of people who don't know them. Neither should you.
I disagree. Life and nostr are not the same thing. You can have friends IRL and friends online. They don’t need to overlap much, or at all.
