Generell question about relays, I have got my own private relay which is available via tor, but I understand it’s saving a note only when I am connected at the time of sending and it will not submit this later eg when I sent 5 notes and I connect afterwards, correct ?
It's only going to save when you're connected, yes. You can also rebroadcast notes at any time.
