Challenge accepted. Elaborate on the viability of community level nullification efforts using privatization of municipal services as a transitional measure to eliminate the state. Of course, this would be coulled with a social club aspect to create a true communal resource and harness the power of the many while removing the shackles of state tyranny. All of this would stand as a key step in the transition to ordered anarchy.
