It's not defined in terms of laws of physics, but it *is* defined in terms of low entropy initial conditions.

(and maybe there's some law of nature we don't fully understand yet that requires such initial conditions)

Using /delta S > 0 as a definition of the direction of time is like saying AI can't replace humans because we have real creativity 🤣
