Ah yeah. I think if we go down that route, we'll all end up using multiple accounts-- one for BTC related hashtags and users, with others blocked; Another for [topic 1] with everything else blocked.

It's a total mess and I still see this as the largest barrier to Nostr adoption. The bootstrapping is going quite well, but how long are people going to stay when they figure out the answer to "how do I organize my various interests?" is "Yeah, good luck with that."
