I love how nostr is open and decentralized.
Nostr has a wonderful vibrant community of very creative and talented people.
Nostr is also Bitcoin friendly.🧡
I love the new groundbreaking radical and disruptive tech.👩💻

2) What improvements or changes would you like to see on Nostr?
Nostr is improving every single day.
I joined here in December and I am truly amazed by how much progress that has been made in such a short timespan.

I just read some other replies. I do agree that having outlined “topics” or “discussions” would increase engagement.
But it will be very similar to Twitter and the nostr community will have to embrace that.💜

That being said, I’ve witnessed remarkable growth on nostr since I’ve first joined. And that is something to be very proud of. It is quite an accomplishment.
I love observing how nostr evolves and how it will continue to grow & evolve especially in conjunction with Bitcoin.🧡💜

4) How has Nostr positively impacted your life, if at all?
Nostr is symbolic of freedom for me. It freed me from the toxic culture of social media.
I’m much happier since joining nostr and I’m more optimistic about the future.💜

5) What are some ways that Nostr could be utilized more effectively to build community and facilitate positive interactions between users?
In regards to social media, nostr is about as positive as it gets.
The community is very kind and open and welcoming to everyone.
There is no weird mob or anything that jumps on someone for being different or having a difference in opinion.
I think everyone just needs to embrace patience and stop comparing nostr to Bluesky.
BlueSky has been in development for years. They have a shiny polished end product in beta that’s ready to go. Blue Sky is filling an immediate need. A present need.
Nostr is currently building and it isn’t always easy or pretty but it is progress.
Nostr has a pioneering spirit and is way ahead of its time. So just keep building.💜

I agree with this. I just think that there is so much emphasis placed on the social dynamic of nostr to where it may lead one to disappointment when in reality nostr has a lot to be excited for.
Nostr is far greater than just the social dynamic.
There’s a steep learning curve to nostr that most people aren’t willing to embrace.
The tech is bold and intimidating.
The trade off is freedom and so much more for those who are willing invest the time to learn nostr.
But as the tech evolves more & more people will join.💜
