It's your own, dedicated, private relay

Sorry I don’t get it. I run my private relay at home on my bitcoin node. Why does this need registration? How does this make the relay my own?

It's not for you then! You have a better solution hosting it at home

This is for people who are newbs at tech stuff but still want backups of all their notes

I like the idea, but why does it require an email address and password? That is old school Web 1.0 and 2.0, not the Nostr way.

If more people use extensions then I'll add it, but I'm not gonna normalize putting nsecs into websites!
