Victimless crimes are not crimes at all. Instead, paying fines means you can do it as long as you are rich
Agree. I had in mind things like Pfizer's $2.3 billion fine for vaccine fraud. Also banks' routine billion dollar money laundering fees. That is victimless unless a normal person does it, then its jail. Government is mafia.
