I am looking at available domains with the name "nostr".

One of them is nostr.ec and it had me laughing much harder than it should have. Here in germany, we use "EC Cards" (Electronic Cash) to pay directly with our "Girokonto" (i have no idea what the english equivalent is - probably 'checking account'?) - so, asking "Mit EC oder bar?" is a super common question - or even just hearing a price and replying with, "Mit EC, bitte" is normal.

So, what if, in theory, nostr.ec was a domain used as a lightning service? XD No way in hell I am doing that, but the domain is 50 USD/yr on iwantmyname.com - so someone... might? lol.
