Yes that works and I believe allows people to be a receiver but probably doesn't little for transmission (transmitter) like the first post indicated. I also believe that in a forced process you ultimately have more inconsistent or negative results.

In my original post I was obviously eluding to a natural process people can do themselves in order to do what they concluded in the experiment.

None of this is nothing new just maybe not common knowledge for some.
