QUESTION: Why is the US gov't more focused on arresting open-source developers creating self-custody tools for privacy (Samourai Wallet, TornadoCash) than specific ransomware actors whom you can, and have, tracked, those who actually carry out and benefit from these crimes?

ANSWER: "I do share your concerns, I cannot speak for other actors or agencies in the government, but there is a method to the madness. Everything else is above my pay grade, I'm afraid"
