Is a new domain identifier from https://nostrcheck.me family. You can register and and choose the domain you want from those available. There are some that as soon as they reach a number of members it will be only by invitation.

Yes, and be part of a group of users who will have this domain. In the future it will not be accessible without an invitation. Also all the others benefits from nostrcheck.me (relay, media uploads, gallery, etc.)
